Spicy Low-Carb Taco Pie

With just a few simple ingredients, you will have a yummy and low-carb Spicy Taco Pie for your next meal.

This recipe is just one of those Mr. G and I can’t get enough of. It has all the ingredients to make this low-carb and even keto but all the flavor of a sinful recipe.

It’s one of those recipes that I can make any time, for any occasion, and everyone is happy. Not a single picky-eater complaint.

There are some great savory pie recipes out there but they have crusts, usually made as a flour product. Can’t do that on low carb and this version is full of protein with no grains for those who are gluten-free.

With just a few simple ingredients, you will have a yummy and low-carb Spicy Taco Pie for your next meal.

The best part is that it’s so easy to make. You could also make this earlier in the day and set it in the fridge until it’s time to bake.

You can also change this up in so many ways. Only use cheddar cheese and not use spicy tomatoes or spicy cheese, for example. I use my Homemade Taco Seasoning in this recipe to keep from using store-bought ingredients. I keep a Mason Jar full in the pantry and it lasts for a long time.

Serve with sour cream and slices of avocado and for those not low carb, serve with chips and salsa.

Let’s get to it!
