I’ve been told I love to ramble on, so why not pass along some of my ramblings from this past month.
How is 2019 going so far for everyone? So far so good here in Central Florida and the weather has actually been rather pleasant. Sometimes it can get downright cold here. I know many think the weather stays warm here in the winter time, but that is basically only in south Florida.
With colder weather, comes warm meals. So how about some easy soup recipes? Soups are my favorite recipes to make because they are so easy to cook in the Instant Pot or Slow Cooker. And we love leftovers in our family.
Speaking of the Instant Pot, this metal round cart is the perfect size to hold your Instant Pot on the top shelf, Instant Pot cookbooks on the next shelf and accessories on the bottom shelf. Roll it over in the corner of your kitchen and out of the way. Love this idea for small kitchens with not much storage.
The beautiful crepe myrtles we have on the main street where I live were just beautiful this year. I know fall has been over for most of the US several months ago, but here in Florida, fall comes late. We rarely have color on our trees here since we have so many Live Oaks which don’t turn.
Do you try to remove backgrounds from pictures with people in them and realize its such a pain? Here is a link to where you can remove backgrounds with ease and for free. You can then take the picture and add your own background in Photoshop or any other photo editing software.
The Downton Abbey movie has a definite U.S. release date!! I’m so excited about this and can’t wait until September 20th comes around. I rarely go to the theater anymore, but I will make an exception for this film. There isn’t an official trailer yet, but they released what they are calling a teaser trailer. You can see it HERE. I can’t wait!

We laugh at the people in Florida telling us how cold it is. Try -21 for the high with a wind chill of -55. Everyone is different so hope you get warm soon. Global warming!
The weather is so cold and so many different places right now that I think they will laugh at us people that live where it is warm most of the time. I was freezing last week and it was 50° LOL.
I live in south Florida and what people who are freezing don’t seem to realize is that we literally roast here. I grew up here and global warming has had a devastating effect in many ways.
I’ll be watching the Downton Abbey movie for sure. I always enjoyed the series. I’m in Texas and it’s been a bit chilly, but at least we aren’t getting negative temps!

This is the first I am hearing about the Downton movie I will get ready. I think changing your backgrounds can really spice up a good photo.
Sometimes it is good to just ramble. I love that cart it looks like it could be so useful. I have to admit I’ve not heard about the Downton Abby movie I seem to have managed to miss that one.

I honestly had no idea that Florida experienced a fall season. I live in a warm desert climate, so seeing trees change color is always a special treat.

I only watched the last season of Downton Abbey, but I really enjoyed it. My sisters and mom are huge fans of the movie, so I will probably go see it with them.
I binged my way through Downton Abbey a few years ago and now I want to rewatch it!! I can’t wait for the movie!!

The metal cart with the wheels does come in handy around the house. We have something similar.
