Monday Moments with Thanksgiving Food

As I was walking through the grocery story yesterday, there was a few isles set aside for all the Thanksgiving cooking goodness.  I was there way too long.  I did stock up on a few things I was completely out to help with all the festive cooking coming up.  I can’t wait to start smelling all the wonderful smells of the season.  Here are a few recipes to help out your Thanksgiving food choices.

Monday Moments with Thanksgiving Food

Firs we have a simple dish.  Parmesan Herb Potatoes.  I’ve made these before and they are perfect for any dinner and make a beautiful presentation on a holiday table.  Cooking Classy shows you just how easy this dish is.

How about a dish made in the crock pot?  Slow Cooker Creamed Corn sounds so delish!!  I love corn a lot and this might be something I will try this Thanksgiving.  Plus you don’t have to fuss over it. Damn Delicious has the recipe for you to enjoy.

Don’t shake your head and say been there, done that with Green Bean Casserole.  This version by The Novice Chef just puts the classic recipe over the top.  No canned soup was used in this recipe.

The recipe I will be taking to my mom’s this year is Squash Casserole.  This is my version of this yummy dish and its just so good.  I usually put squash and zucchini in it.  I love making this when I have a lot of squash and zucchini from the garden.  It freezes well too.

Enjoy,

Tammy
