The weather is so hot and who wants to slave over a hot stove or oven this time of the year? I know I don’t.
So what’s the solution?
A great cool salad that’s filling and the whole family would enjoy. Great for gatherings, parties, and BBQs.
Most only take a few minutes to prepare and most you can do the night before and leave in the fridge to marinate all those wonderful flavors together.
