Vintage farmhouse and spring just go hand and hand. Here are a few items ideas and finds for your home.
Spring is the time when Mr. G and I love to go and look for new antique stores to walk through and reminisce about our youth. We love seeing items we used to have as kids.
I’m always looking for smaller items to use for decor, especially seasonal ones. Spring is actually one of the easier seasons to look for. Antique statues, beautiful landscape pictures, artificial flowers, etc.
Another place I love to find vintage items is at consignment stores and usually, the price is lower. I have also found so many great items at our local Goodwill.
But, I know vintage antiques can be very expensive, so knock-offs have always been a favorite for me too. Here are a few ideas I found to add that vintage look to your home at a fraction of the cost.

How pretty! My daughter is all about antiques. I love those pictures and artificial flowers.
These are all so beautiful. I’ve always been a big fan of the farmhouse look.
Love all of these but definitely a big fan of the cutting boards. I think they’re a fun way to bring personality to a kitchen. We have one shaped like our state (michigan) in ours!
I am ready for a refresh in my house. This would look nice in the dinning room.

These are all really nice finds, I love the farmhouse style.
I bought my house last year and I’m still working on it. Last year I put in vinyl plank flooring because I can’t stand carpet. I still have some trim to finish but ran out of money due to Christmas. I hope to finish it so I can move on to painting. Then I will have to find some new decor for the walls. I’ll have to try antique and consignment shops. I also watch Facebook marketplace too!

We love vintage items! I miss being able to walk around antique stores, but hopefully this summer we’ll feel like it is safe enough to do it. (Our county still has a high rate of Covid infections.)
