Monday Moments with Warm You Up Soups
Its chilly outside and I never have to worry about what to fix for supper this time of the year. Soups are the perfect solution. They are inexpensive, serve several people and are easy to take to parties or freeze leftovers. Here are a few recipes I will have to try this year.
The Olive Garden Pasta e Fagioli soup is my favorite soup ever. It has all the things I love in a soup and this recipe from Cooking Classy is a dead on ringer for that soup you get at Olive Garden.
Who doesn’t love baked potatoes. This recipe by I Wash You Dry has me wanting to make this soup tonight. A perfect way to use up extra potatoes you have in the pantry.
Another pantry favorite is 7 Can Chicken Taco Soup by Together As Family. My mom made a version of this 7 Can Soup and she would use what ever meat was in the fridge and what ever can goods were in the pantry.
Creamy Tuscan Garlic Tortellini Soup by The Recipe Chick looks so good with all those tortellini’s in it. This recipe calls for spinach, but since I have so much kale in the garden, I would try that.
Enjoy,
Tammy

I’m just a country girl loving my geeky life with my wonderful husband, always taking pictures, getting my hands dirty in the garden, being crafty, exploring with travels and enjoying all this on a budget. But above all, living my faith as a child of God!
