Monday Moments with Fun Fathers Day Gifts

Fathers Day will be here in a couple of weeks and how about some ideas on gifts to make for dad.  I know my dad always enjoyed gifts we made for him.  They are always just so special.

I just fell in love with all the photo ideas for dad on this post by Happy Home Fairy.  There are so many to choose from it was hard for me to just pick one.

I know so many dads love baseball and this plate with the little hands and a heart is just too cute.  My heart belongs to dad is something dad would really love for a very long time.
