I’ve been told I love to ramble on, so why not pass along some of my ramblings from this past month.
We are wanting to repaint our living area to a more neutral color and I love how this look is by @blessingsandtwine on Instagram. But what really caught my eye was the console under the tv and the way they tv is framed. I love the idea of taking old furniture and repurposing it for another use.

This time of the year I see so many different birds in our area who are preparing to migrate north. I spotted the female and male Boat-tailed Grackle (top) at our local lake, the common Egrets are visitors all year long and the Egyptian Goose with his beautiful plumage. Such beautiful creatures.
strawberry season is here!
It’s strawberry season in Central Florida right now and it doesn’t take long to fill up a bucket with these huge berries. I have been going to a u-pick farm for a couple of years now and I haven’t been disappointed yet. The rows are so clean, the weather was sunny and the most perfect temperature. What a great way to spend a Saturday morning.
The Strawberry Festival in Plant City is a huge event to go to this time of the year and if you are planning a trip to Central Florida soon, be sure to stop there.
Blueberry season is in a few weeks and I can’t wait. I’m on my last bag in the freezer.
