Easy Low-Carb Meatballs
Baked low-carb juicy meatballs covered in your favorite low-carb sauce are so flavorful and tender. The perfect comfort food.

Ingredients

pound
ground beef
1/4
cup
Parmesan cheese
1/4
cup
heavy cream
1
large
egg

tbsp
minced parsely
1
tbsp
grated onion
1
clove
minced garlic

tsp
salt

pepper
Instructions
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed well together.
Line a sheet pan with foil.
Using a small cookie scoop, make meatballs and place them evenly on the sheet pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Add sauce to a pan that has a lid. Then add the meatballs one at a time. Place lid on top and let simmer for several minutes on medium heat.
Notes
You can use 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 sausage or 1/2 turkey meat. Sausage does add a lot more flavor to the meatballs.
