Low Carb Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

Salad

broccoli chopped fine

cauliflower chopped fine
several slices of bacon cooked and chopped

shredded cheddar cheese

small onion chopped
Dressing

cup
mayonnaise
1/4
cup
Swerve granulated sugar

tbsp
red wine vinegar
Instructions
Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together well all the dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad, mix well and let stand in the fridge till cool.
Notes
NOTE: Any low carb sugar will work in this recipe
