Monday Moments with Skillet Bread Recipes

I love using my cast iron skillet and I can’t make enough recipes in it. I just love the way it browns and crisps ups some recipes. I recently was looking for a homemade bread recipe when I found recipes to make bread in the skillet. I think I gasped. Why didn’t I think of this great idea? Here are a few skillet bread recipes I will be trying in the future.

The first recipe is Garlic Parmesan Skillet Rolls by Crunchy Creamy Sweet. First of all, these are super easy to make because they are made with can biscuits. But aren’t they just yummy looking?

If you are wanting homemade from the beginning, but an easy version? How about Easy No-Knead Skillet Bread by Baker Bettie? I love the idea of just mixing the ingredients, let sit awhile to rise and then bake! Done!

I really love this recipe because of the rosemary. I love that flavor in so many recipes and this will probably be the recipe I try first. The Food Charlatan’s recipe is easy to follow and you will put some time in this recipe. But I know it will be good.

How about a recipe with the dip in the middle? What a great idea for your next party. Jo Cook’s recipe is called Skillet Pull Apart Bread with Spinach and Artichoke Dip. Yummy! The bread is frozen rolls which makes this recipe so easy to make.
