Monday Moments with Mother’s Day Brunch Ideas

Mother’s Day is right around the corner and I love the idea of a special brunch for my mom.  Nothing really fancy, just the idea of cooking for her.  She cooked for me for most of my life and still she fixes holiday meals and is almost 80 years old.  She has passed along a lot of her skills.  Here are a few ideas I found to serve.

I love quiches and so does my mom.  I found this recipe by Grandbaby Cakes called Spinach and Bacon Hashbrown Quiche and I will be trying this recipe.  Yum.

Another one of my mom’s favorite things to make is Monkey Bread.  I knew when I found this Breakfast Pull-Apart Bread by Belly Full, I knew I had to make it for her to enjoy.  Its not like her sweet version, but it looks yummy for sure.

And who wouldn’t love to have pizza for breakfast.  Breakfast Pizza with Hashbrown Crust looks so good.  The Gunny Sack will show you how easy this recipe is to make.

For a sweet ending, I choose Lemon Rolls which are made with cake mix.  I love the taste of lemon and I’m really loving this recipe by Love from the Oven. Can’t wait to try it.
