Monday Moments with Favorite Hearty Instant Pot Recipes

Life can be so busy so many days of the week and it seems we can never catch up. I know I have felt guilty about not having a warm and hearty meal for my family. That’s where the Instant Pot comes in. Meals are made in a matter of minutes, instead of hours, and the family really enjoy a home-cooked meal. Here are a few hearty instant pot meals to try.

First, we have the favorite of many, the Pot Roast by Recipe This. Such a go-to recipe the whole family loves to dig into. Roast, potatoes and carrots and that gravy!

Another recipe by Recipe This is the classic Meatloaf. It’s a very easy recipe to follow. Nothing fancy. Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable and you have a hearty meal.

I love cooking pork chops, but I seem to dry them out by overcooking them. Until I found this recipe by Must Have Mom who cooks them in the Instant Pot. No more dry pork chops and the sweet BBQ flavor. Yum!!

Something I use to eat a lot when I was younger, was Swedish Meatballs. I haven’t made them in soooo long! The Eyes of the Boy‘s recipe is made with pre-made meatballs for a quick dinner idea.
