Low Carb Party Mix Walnuts

Wonderfully easy low-carb holiday sweat treat to serve that anyone would enjoy.

I simply adore Party Mix but unfortunately, my blood sugar says no. And I hate missing out on treats during the holidays.

I looked at the party mix recipe and thought I could do this with just pecans and make it low-carb. It’s also a fantastic low-carb snack because it’s super easy to take along to work, on a road trip, or wherever you’re headed.

Since traditional Chex Mix is loaded with way too many carbs, I decided to be a little creative and swap out all the crunchy bits (cereal, pretzels, crackers, etc.) and dump the seasoning over walnuts. You could also use pecans if you like.

This is some kind of bold flavors you will love and are very low carb.

Just mix everything together well. Add the walnuts to the bowl and mix well.

Spread evenly out onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake and you’re done! These also make great homemade gifts. Just add to a mason jar with a cute bow
