I love shopping at Anthropologie. Especially during their great sales. I have so many of their mugs; it’s sickening. Even though I love vintage farmhouse style, there is just something about the boho-eclectic look on many of their products.
But when I find a really unique item I would love to put in my home, that price tag just makes me shiver. I just won’t pay that much for something in my home to decorate with. But I have learned over the years that there is a way to keep the price low and find that inspiration for my home.
Amazon is my go-to place to find their vast collection of Anthropologie look likes and dupes. And the best part, most are a fraction of the cost!
The Benefits of Using Amazon
I’ve been an avid Amazon shopper for so many reasons. The benefits they offer are why I keep going back.
- Lots of Options: Do I need to say more? There are so many variations of the one product you may be looking for to compare not only for pricing but style. I also find new items by looking at all the options
- Competitive Pricing: Even though I end up buying through Amazon, I will still compare prices by doing a Google search for a particular item. Most of the time I end up back at Amazon.
- Reviews and Ratings: I find this really important when it comes to buying anything at Amazon. I will look at pictures of the items purchased and start by reading the latest reviews from many.
- Really Fast Shipping: This is probably the main reason I love Amazon. Most of the time I have my weekly purchases sent on one day a week but Mr. G will want me to find him a product and he wants it the next day. And, I will also receive a little bonus for not wanting the items the next day. I love getting those extra dollars and I will use that to rent a movie or download a MP3. And Amazon is so good about returns with no questions.
- Amazon Prime: I’ve heard folks say they won’t be a Prime member because it costs $100 a year. Then I say, but shipping on most items is about $10, and if you buy 10 items, the membership will pay for itself. There is also Prime Video, Prime Music, and more. If you’re not a Prime member yet, you can sign up here to enjoy all the benefits too.
