A perfect way to start off the day or for a snack is with a smoothie. Simple smoothie ingredients you can make in minutes.
What a great way to start off the day for breakfast, after a great workout or snack, smoothies are the best way to incorporate all kinds of flavors, protein, and goodness.
I love making smoothies on my workout days and make sure to add some protein powder to them. It’s a great way to replenish potassium and other nutrients I need. If you don’t have a good mixer, may I suggest using the NutriBullet 601 mixer. After using the smaller version of the NutriBullet, which didn’t last long, I suggest the NutriBullet 601 mixer because of its larger motor. It’s the perfect size for making single-serving smoothies. I also purchased a couple of extra taller cups to have on hand.
