Mrs. Holman’s Salad
Heart-healthy salad called Mrs. Holman's Salad made with corn, peas, and other crunchy ingredients great for any summer party or BBQ gathering.

Ingredients
SALAD

can Le Sueur peas drained
1
can Shoe Peg corn drained
1
cup
celery chopped
2
cans French style green beans drained
1
bunch of green onions
1
green pepper chopped
DRESSING
1
cup
cider vinegar
1/2
cup
olive oil
1/2
cup
water

tbsp.
artificial sugar
Instructions
Add salad ingredients in a bowl and pour dressing over the top and toss. Let cool in the fridge before serving.
Notes
I have also used red bell pepper or pimentos for a touch of red.
