Grilled Pork Loin with Creamy Mustard Sauce

  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp of chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp of light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp of water


  1. Mix all ingredients together except for the water. Add the water and if its too thick add more water. I like this sauce to be like a gravy to pour on the meat.
  2. You can also use jar rosemary if you don't have fresh.

Recipe Notes

I have put a tsp of yellow mustard in this sauce if the Dijon mustard is too harsh.
