This easy crustless pizza recipe is the best easy-to-make low-carb dinner! It has all your favorite toppings, sauce, and cheese, minus the fuss.
This Crustless Pizza Recipe takes the pizza flavor you love with almost zero carbs! This easy, no-crust pizza is perfect for busy work days or the ultimate meal prep. Family dinner doesn’t have to take a lot of time in the kitchen…30 minutes is all you need!
This low-carb keto crustless pizza recipe has the same toppings you’d find on an everything or meat lover’s pizza, but it takes away the fuss of making a crust. I love cauliflower crust pizzas, but sometimes I just want quick!
How to make a crustless pizza
I will list how I layer out my crustless pizza, but this can be anything you want. You could make it all veggie or just a few toppings. It’s completely up to you.
I used ground beef and ground sausage. After browning the meat, I would put it in a metal colander and then rinse all the fat off and let drain. You don’t have to do this step, but it keeps the pizza from being so greasy.
I then laid out all the other items I wanted on my pizza. Mozzarella cheese, onion, green peppers, pepperoni, black olives, and shredded parmesan cheese. You could also add whatever other cheese you like too.
I used spaghetti sauce but you could use your favorite low-sugar pizza sauce that comes in a jar. I do like to sprinkle a bit of Italian seasoning on one layer to give a bit more pizza flavor since I use spaghetti sauce.
layering
The picture above shows the 10 steps to make this meaty pizza. My layering is just an example, as you can layer how much of each ingredient you want to use any way your heart desires.
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pizza sauce
- Ground beef
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pizza sauce
- Ground sausage
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni
- Black Olives
- Parmesan cheese
what pan to use
I have made this in my 10″ skillet and I’ve made it in a ceramic casserole dish. It really depends on how much I am going to layer. Either way, it cooks up nicely because basically, all you are doing is heating up all the ingredients.
I usually serve this with a side salad and it makes for a perfect low-carb or should I say, virtually no-carb meal.
