Just Some Ramblings

I’ve been told I love to ramble on, so why not pass along some of my ramblings from this past month.

Avocado Dip

I’ve been searching my local stores for Avocado Dip with no luck. And then I realized, I could make my own. The half bagels I use come from Aldi’s.

Avocado Dip

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Splash of lemon juice

Scoop out the avocado in a bowl and smash until smooth. The avocados need to be soft for this to work well. Add salt and pepper to taste with a splash of lemon juice. The lemon juice will keep the avocado from turning brown.

This will make one serving for toast or bagel. I love the half bagels they have at Aldis called Bagel Skinnys with only 110 calories.

Pinterest Planning Alert!

Do you plan your seasonal pins early? I found a FREE Simple Pin Planner that I use to help me judge when I want to schedule or start pinning my seasonal pins all year long. If you are looking for a FREE way to loop and schedule your pins, check out how I use IFTTT for that. I’ve been using IFTTT for a couple of years now and it works perfectly for looping my pins to Pinterest.
