It never fails that some holidays sneak up on you and this year has been no exception for Mother’s Day. I was updating my May calendar and noticed this Sunday is Mother’s Day!!
Mom and I always go to our hangout, Olive Garden, and have lunch on Mother’s Day. We just love that place. I called her today to set up our lunch date and she hasn’t been well for the past couple of weeks. Seems to be bronchitis and she just can’t seem to shake it off. She is on another round of meds to see if this will help.
I just had so much on my mind these past few weeks, that Mother’s Day slipped up on me and I decided to make my Mom a card to send her in the mail to help her feel a bit better. Cards and letters seem to put a smile on your face.

My hubby also wrote a really sweet poem for mothers day which could be made into a card or framed as a printable.

Click on the download link above to save the pdf file to your computer to print on card stock. The card is A6 size and you will have to trim the excess off the picture by cutting along the light gray lines, fold in half and you have the most perfect Mother’s Day card. I also use Kraft envelopes when I print out cards.
The poem is an 8 x 10 print that prints nicely on cardstock to add to a frame.
Her children rise up and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praises her – Proverbs 31:2
Enjoy,
Tammy
