The end of the year is in a few short days and I like this time of the year to regroup and get organized again especially when it comes to blogging.

I love planners, but I don’t want to spend tons of money on them. I prefer to make my own by using notebooks and printing the pages myself. I don’t need anything fancy to keep my notes and thoughts in. Just something simple.

I offered a yearly free planner for several years but a few years ago but stopped for some reason. But I realized that I still need one every year and thought I would start sharing them with you all again this year. I loved hearing from those who downloaded the planners in the past and it was such a joy to know that so many enjoyed it then.

The pages in the planner
  • Cover Page
  • 12-month page (year at a glance)
  • Monthly Calendars
  • To-Do List
  • Daily Planner
  • Weekly Planner
  • Meal Planner
My system is very simple.

Using colorful monthly dividers, you can print out what pages you need, as many as you need, for each month for the whole year and if you decide to change any out, it’s easy with any 3-ring binder. The 3-ring binder also makes it easier to change out sheets or rearrange them as needed. I especially love these binders for lots of colors. So many designs to choose from.

The 3-ring binder was a better choice for me because I was constantly changing out sheets each month. I have also used a clipboard to hold a page to hang on the wall near my desk.

The meal planner is perfect to hang on your fridge door. It keeps the stress down on making a grocery list and not hearing the question “What’s for dinner?” often.

I learned early that printing on regular copy paper and using markers would bleed through. What a mess! Using 32-pound paper keeps that from happening and it’s strong enough to stay nice and flat in the notebook. Remember, you will be opening your notebook many times and want paper that will last and hold up in the holes.

printing tips

You can either print your pages from home or if you don’t have a printer, just take the PDF to your favorite printing source and let them do the work for you.

When printing each page, choose 8.5 x 11 on your printer and choose what pages you want to print. You may have to choose borderless printing on some printers.

  1. Thanks for sharing the planner pages. I don’t use a physical planner any more as I’ve become so reliant on my phone. But this has reminded me that I need to set up my book journal with some spreads x

  2. I am loving these printable and what a savvy way to stay organized next year without breaking the bank! I am pinning this one to come back too and I will for sure use these so thank you 😉
