Southern Coleslaw
Southern Coleslaw is a southern staple for so many meals. Easy to make and serve as a side dish or to top a BBQ sandwich.

cabbage

large carrot

small onion
DRESSING

tbsp
distilled vinegar
1/2
cup
mayonnaise

tbsp
white sugar

tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
black pepper
1/2
tsp
celery seeds
Instructions
Mix dressing ingredients well in a bowl and set aside.
Chop very thin cabbage and onion. Shred the carrot. A food processor works great for this.
Mix dressing and salad ingredients together and store in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
Notes
I usually double this recipe for a crowd.
