This has to be by far a family favorite, so easy to make and you will always get a smile out of your family with this one.
Tator Tot Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 cupÂ Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 lb. (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) frozen bite-size seasoned potato nuggets
Brown meat with onions in large skillet, stirring occasionally; drain.Â Spoon into 2-qt. casserole. Mix soup and milk; pour over meat mixture; top with layers of remaining ingredients.
Bake 45 min. or until potatoes are golden brown and casserole is heated through.
MY TIP:Â You can also add frozen veggies or a can of peas to this recipe to get your kids to eat veggies.Â I have also used different cheeses on top just to shake things up.
