Our Life is Made Up of Our Choices

The title of my post is true for all of us.  We make decisions which decide our the path our lives take.  Whether right or wrong. We all hope we make the right decisions and our lives turn out great.  Do you know anyone like that?  I know I haven’t made the best decisions in my life.

But I know I have been forgiven for them.

Our Life is Made Up of Our Choices

I was recently asked to preview a faith based movie called Confessions of a Prodigal Son. A story about a lost son who makes his way back home with the open arms of his forgiving father.

The lead character, the son, is Nathan Clarkson.  He wrote the screenplay and produced the movie. He played an outstanding son who just wants to live his own life.  His father, played by Keven Sorbo, who played in

, plays the son’s father who is a preacher.  I’ve seen Sorbo in other movies and was thrilled to find out he was also in Confessions.  I also really loved the soundtrack presented.

I’m not going to spoil this movie with teasers, but I must say its so perfect for the family and especially those with teenagers or those going off in the world soon.  Its not “preachy” by any means, which makes me think the teens and younger adults will like this one a lot.  Learning what world choices can cause in their lives and not making God’s choices in life.

I loved this updated version of the Prodigal Son and how it will hit close to home in all of us.

God loves you and just wants you to come home!

Confessions of a Prodigal Son will be previewing in seven cities – Colorado Springs, Nashville, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Dallas, St. Louis, Chattanooga, and Little Rock before the DVD release on March 24.

You can also find more information on their Facebook page.

Enjoy,
