I am a big advocate for exercise to keep your body working well and younger. I see people my age always complaining about back pain and I don’t want to be one of those people.
I found a website called Back2Yourself which has a great free trial for back exercises program with video. They provide you with progress tracking and professionals to talk to about your self training regimen. Being that I donâ??t have the funds for a personal trainer right now, I am signing up for a free trial. I am hoping that this program will keep my back from having that constant pain that I see my family and friends suffer from.
