When I think of summer, I think of BBQ and when I think of BBQ, I think of pork. To me, pork is the best meat to grill with. There are so many flavors to use with pork to bring out the flavor of the meat. I was looking for some new marinades for pork and came across these recipes to share with you.
My favorite kind of pork to BBQ is a pork loin. Nice white lean meat that can really be cooked so many ways. Tide and Tyme has a great recipe for Garlic Balsamic Crusted Pork Loin with a nice rub. Rubs are so key with pork loins.
I know the question always with BBQ ribs is wet or dry. Since I’m from the Memphis area, I love how they make ribs. Simply Recipes has the recipe for a dry Memphis style slow cooked rib recipe. His rub recipe is the basic ingredients but works perfectly every time.
Grilled pork chops are not my favorite pork to grill because I seem to overcook them and they end up dry. Hey Grill Hey has the best instructions on how to grill basic pork chops.
