Since I have hit the big Five O and more, I have noticed how my weight has just climbed and climbed. Even though I work out hard 4 times a week and watch what I eat, I have put on at least 20 pounds.Â
I am to the point now of maybe using some kind of diet aide to help me lose some of these pounds. I have done some research and found weight loss products might be my answer. There is alot to read up on and understand before I make my decision on how to loose this weight.

I’m just a country girl loving my geeky life with my wonderful husband, always taking pictures, getting my hands dirty in the garden, being crafty, exploring with travels and enjoying all this on a budget. But above all, living my faith as a child of God!
