What form does your anger management take?
I’ve always been someone to hold my anger in and that bothers me.Â Why can’t I talk about things that really make me mad to the person who made me mad?Â I’m over 50 years old and haven’t learned this process yet.Â Â This is a subject that I could use some great advice about.Â I have also gotten to a point that I just don’t let stuff like that bother me anymore.Â If it doesn’t effect me or my family, I don’t care.Â And sometimes I shouldn’t be that way.
I hope to get over this one day and I’m afraid what will happen is that I will explode at someone and it won’t be pretty.Â So beware!!
