Monday Moments with July 4th Decorating

Red, white and blue stands for this great country of ours.  Besides Christmas decorating, July 4th is one of my favs.  I just can’t have enough of those colors in and around my home.  Here are a few examples of some DIY projects you could make easily for your July 4th decorating.

Monday Moments with July 4th Decorating

I couldn’t have decorations without mason jars and here is a great example of how you can make them red, white and blue.  Addicted 2 DIY shows step by step instructions on how to make this project for your patriotic table.

What I love about this project is that you don’t have to make the pallet.  You buy it already done at the craft store and paint.  A Diamond in the Stuff shows you how easy it is to paint this wooden door flag wreath.

This project is perfect for anyone who has pieces of wood in the garage or shop.  I love how Simply + Kierste made this flag block.  Beautiful.

I LOVE this idea of taking a shutter and painting it red, white and blue to sit out on your front porch.  I adore the burlap accent too.  Hoosier Homemade will show you how easy this project is.

I hope everyone has a wonderful 4th of July!

  1. That shutter! Oh how I love that, Tammy. All of these projects you shared are adorable. I usually try to decorate for the 4th. I adore red, white, and blue too. I’m struggling to get back to life after a vacation though. Hopefully I will get at least a few cute things out this week :).

    1. Oh I know Candace. I really love that shutter and I want to go out and find one so badly! I hope you had a great time on your vacation and thanks for stopping by.
