Monday Moments with Great BBQ Dishes

I love BBQ season!!!  Trying new recipes and still loving all our stand by ones too.  This year I wanted to go “out of the box” on our traditional style BBQ for Memorial Day and I searched for some really yummy recipes.  Hope you like them as much as I do.

Hubby and I always BBQ the usual chicken and beef, but this year I wanted to try something different in the meat department.  Pesto Grilled Shrimp looks so good and I have so much basil in the garden.  Seems I keep finding great recipes at Closet Cooking.

A cool pasta salad always makes a great side dish.  And how could you ever go wrong with Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad by Life in the Loft House.  Yum!!

Since sweat corn is in season right now, I will defiantly be putting some ears on the grill.  Skinny Mexican Grilled Corn had me at “skinny”.  I love making skinny recipes and not telling anyone just to see how much they enjoy it.  Be sure to stop by The Rookie Cookie to see what she has cooking.
