Favorite Fall Things

I love the temps going down, football, baseball playoffs, planning for my hubby’s birthday, and the colors of fall. So much wonderful!!!

I love scrapbooking using digital materials.  I learned this process a few years ago and have never looked back.  My favorite designer is Natali Designs and that is where I purchase the majority of my kits from.  You can use them over and over and is much cheaper than paper scrapbooking.  Easy to learn too.  I will probably use the page above as a note card or in a small frame.

I love anything monogrammed and this is such a cute idea for an entrance hall or outside on the front porch.

I love to cook with fall spices this time of the year and my all time favorite recipe is Great Pumpkin Cookies.  I’ve had this recipe for quite some time now and I’m really not sure where it came from.  I’m sure I started making these when my son was smaller and we ate them while Charlie Brown’s the Great Pumpkin was on.  These can be decorated as in the picture above or just left plain.  I personally love them plain on the top.  Makes me think of my son’s favorite Halloween outfit I made for him.  He so loved Ernie and Bert and was just so cute in this.

He wore this outfit 2 years in a row.  I loved how it turned out.
