2017 Blog Planner FREE {Printable}

Another year has flown by and its time to reveal my 2017 Blog Planner FREE printable!  It still has all the pages I have had in my past planners plus more!

I love planners, but I don’t want to spend ton’s of money on them.  I prefer to make my own by using notebooks and printing them out myself.

The pages in the planner are:

  • Cover Page
  • 2017 Monthly Calendars
  • Future Posts
  • Weekly Post Planner
  • Expense Tracker
  • Paid Sponsor Post Tracker
  • Passwords
  • Future Projects & Ideas
  • Future Post Notes
  • Series Post Notes
  • Blogging Contacts
  • Giveaways & Reviews
  • Monthly Statistics

With the monthly dividers you can put what pages you need for each month for the whole year and if you decide to change any out, its easy with the 3 ring binder.   I like having the month on the left side and all my other pages for the month on the right side.  I usually transfer some of the pages over to the next month.  Such as post notes, series ideas, etc.

After the month tabs, I have a section of tabs for passwords, contacts, blog stats and any extra pages I have printed out.  I like to keep all my monthly stats in one area so I can go back and look how I have done over the past months.  I also have last years pages there too.  Its just a great reminder of how well your blog has grown over the years.

I use a simple

blank

3 ring binder because I found that I was constantly changing out sheets each month. You can slide the cover page on the front and make this planner your own.  Or there are so many really pretty 3 ring binders out there which would make a beautiful planner to have on hand.

I print my pages on

[easyazon_link identifier=”B0010T5NF2″ locale=”US” tag=”mylifabu-20 “]32 pound paper[/easyazon_link]

.  I found out early that printing on regular copy paper and using markers would bleed through.  What a mess!  Using 32 pound paper keeps that from happening and its strong enough to stay nice and flat in the notebook.  Remember you will be opening your notebook so many times and you want paper that will last and hold up at the holes.

I use

[easyazon_link identifier=”B00006IBVI” locale=”US” tag=”mylifabu-20 “]monthly dividers[/easyazon_link]

blank

 for each month and

[easyazon_link identifier=”B003CSMXIO” locale=”US” tag=”mylifabu-20 “]plain dividers[/easyazon_link]

blank

for extra sheets that I don’t necessarily use every month. I used my

[easyazon_link identifier=”B005J7Y6GS” locale=”US” tag=”mylifabu-20 “]Epson Label Maker[/easyazon_link]

blank

for the labels on the plain dividers, but you can write on them also.  I have some

[easyazon_link identifier=”B00006IC89″ locale=”US” tag=”mylifabu-20 “]page protectors[/easyazon_link]

in the back to keep important website host information and other items I need to quickly glance at.

Just click on the 2017 Blog Planner link below and it will be a Zip form file with the PDF file for the planner and the cover is a JPG.

Just pick and choose the forms you need for your blog and have fun!!  I hope it helps you as much as it has helped me this past years.

HINT:  When printing out the cover page, if your printer has a setting for borderless, choose that.  Then you won’t have to do any cutting to trim the edge.

BONUS: I am also enclosing a couple of planner sheets for keeping up with your Christmas cards and gifts.  I find it so easy to go back to these year after year to see what gifts I have given and who I have sent cards to and received from.

ANOTHER BONUS:  I added a To Do List which I use daily.  Not only reminders for my blog but for other events or things to do and I keep it on my desk to remind me.

Enjoy,

Tammy
